1. Purpose of collecting personal data
The personal data collected by the organisation, through this request, is used to assess whether candidates are suitable for the position requested and for the preliminary calculation of remuneration, bonuses and benefits for candidates who are admitted to recruitment.
2. Data required
The data filled in the fields with Name, Taxpayer, Beneficiary, identification data and contact details in the application are essential data when considering the selection of candidates, which could affect the efficiency and outcome of the respective application if candidates do not provide them.
3. Data retention period
The personal data of unsuitable candidates will be kept by the organisation for a period of two years for the purposes of subsequent recruitment.
4. Transfer of data
Applications from candidates may be transferred by the organisation to its own premises or to the organisations in the consortium where there are job vacancies during the above period.
5. Candidates’ rights
In accordance with the law, candidates have the right to access, rectify and cancel information. To do so, they must submit their request in writing to the head of the organisation by emailing info@vvigente.pt, clearly stating their intention, full name, address and tax number.
